Club Policies and Will Call Terms & Conditions

There is no annual fee. You may cancel your membership at any time. Membership is ongoing and may be cancelled with a written notice. If your cancellation is within 10 days of a planned charge date, your final Club selection will be charged and shipped as scheduled.

Each shipment will be charged prior to the ship date.

All members must be 21-years of age or older.

Club shipments require an adult signature 21-years of age or older at the time of delivery. For this reason, we cannot ship to a P.O. box and strongly recommend shipping to your work address if possible.

Membership benefits begin with the purchase of your 1st Club selection.

It is your obligation to notify the Wine Club Department of any account changes before a club shipment. Misdirected shipments may result in additional shipping charges. To update your account information, please email [email protected] or call 707-824-7000.

Korbel Champagne & Wine Club reserves the right to request additional information, reject any application, or cancel any membership.

Skipped Club shipments may result in suspension or termination of member benefits.

Pick-Up Policies—to be eligible for Will Call, please review, sign and date the Terms and Conditions agreement.


Pick-Up Policies

The Wine Club Department will notify you via email in advance of each Pick-Up period.

Members must retrieve their Club selections within the designated date range.

Club selections are not charged in advanced; they will be charged in the Tasting Room at the time of pickup.

Please notify the Wine Club Department in advance if a friend or relative will be picking up your Club selection.

Customization of Club selections are only available at the Platinum level of membership.

Will Call members must keep a current credit card and shipping address on file with the Wine Club Department to remain eligible for Will Call.

Contact the Wine Club Department directly via phone or email for any account updates.

Members must sign and date the pick-up list when they retrieve their Club selections.

Members who are unable to retrieve their Club selection within the designated date range will be shipped their Club package at the end of the pick-up period and charged for product, freight and applicable tax.

Platinum members who wish to customize must notify the Wine Club Department prior to the end of the Will Call period or you will receive the recommended selection.
