Information From Anyone Under the Age of 21
We do not sell any alcohol products to anyone under the legal drinking age of twenty-one (21) years old. Korbel’s products and services, as well as access to our website and online store, is not intended for any persons under twenty-one (21) years of age. In particular, we collect or may collect this information via our website and social media accounts when you (i) purchase our products through our online store; (ii) create an online account to purchase such products; (iii) create an online account as a member of the Korbel Wine Club, (iv) participate in any prize promotions on our website or social media accounts; (v) communicate or otherwise interact with us via social media; (vi) contact us for assistance; and (vii) submit an application for employment. In addition, Korbel may collect or share your personal information with third parties that we use to support our businesses and operations.

Korbel will not discriminate against any California resident that chooses to exercise any of the rights afforded to them under the CCPA.

Upon receiving your request, we will ask that you provide certain information to verify your identity. Korbel will respond to any such request within forty-five (45) days of receiving the request.

2.Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information by a business. Korbel does not, and will not, sell your personal information.

3.Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information
If you are a California resident, you also have the right to request the deletion of any personal information that we have collected from or about you. To submit a request to delete personal information, please email us at [email protected] and include “California Request to Delete” in the subject line or call us at 707-824-7000. If you submit your request via email, please specify in our request the personal information about you that you would like to have deleted, which can be all of your personal information as required by the CCPA.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Korbel may change or update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we modify this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy to our website, and we will also revise the “last updated date” stated above. If we make material changes in the way we use personal information, we may notify you by posting an announcement on our service or by sending you an e-mail, though Korbel reserves the ultimate authority to decide what notice is appropriate in that instance. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Privacy Policy; users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy by using the service immediately once such changes have been first posted.
