2-DAY AIR SHIPMENTS
Allow 5 business days for non-California addresses. Allow 2 business days for California addresses.

We ship Monday – Friday.

An adult signature is required upon delivery when shipping alcohol. The delivery must be made to a person who is at least 21 years of age by a carrier who will check identification and have the customer sign for receipt of their shipment. 

UPS will make 3 consecutive delivery attempts. If your shipment is returned, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a re-shipment fee will apply.

We currently ship California champagne and wine to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI.
There are some “dry areas” within the states of Alaska, Florida, New Hampshire, Vermont and West Virginia.  Direct shipping is prohibited to these areas for internet, phone, mail, and fax.  If your order fails compliance, we will contact you.

Korbel California Brandy can only be shipped within the state of California.

Korbel Sparkling Prosecco D.O.C. can only be shipped to the following states: AK, CA, DC, FL, HI, KY, MA, MN, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OK, OR, SC, VA, WI, WV.

SHIPPING ADVISORY
During excessively hot or cold times of the year, your shipment may be held to ensure it does not spend extra time in transit subject to extreme temperatures.

Your state may have regulations as to the quantity of wine and champagne you may order. Please take a moment to read the limitations for your state. Limits are based on 750 ml bottle size.

ALASKA
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. Note: There are areas within Alaska that Direct Shipments are prohibited for internet, phone, mail, fax and club. If your order fails compliance, we will contact you.

ARIZONA
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 72 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only.

CALIFORNIA
Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number of cases of alcohol per month for personal consumption only.

COLORADO
Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number of cases of alcohol per month for private use and consumption.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
Residents over 21 years of age may order up to 12 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only.

FLORIDA
Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number of cases of champagne and wine per month for private use and consumption. For sales that do not have sales tax collected, the Florida consumer is obligated to remit Use tax to the state. Note: There are areas within Florida that Direct shipments are prohibited for internet, phone, mail, fax and club. If your order fails compliance, we will contact you.

GEORGIA
Residents over 21 years of age may order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per household for personal consumption only.

HAWAII
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 72 bottles of wine per year per household for personal consumption only.

IDAHO
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 288 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only.

ILLINOIS
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only.

IOWA
Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number of bottles of wine per month for personal consumption only.

KANSAS
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per household for personal consumption only.

KENTUCKY
Residents over 21 years of age may order up to 120 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only.

MAINE
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per household for personal consumption only.  Restriction: No bottles smaller than 750 milliliters. 

MARYLAND
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 216 bottles of wine per year per household for personal consumption only. 

MASSACHUSETTS
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only.

MICHIGAN
Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number of bottles of alcohol per month for private use and consumption. There is an aggregate limit of 1,500 cases per year to ALL Michigan consumers for our Korbel license. If the 1,500 case limit is exceeded during a calendar year, you will be contacted regarding your order.

MINNESOTA
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only.

MISSOURI
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only.

MONTANA
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 216 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only. Restriction: wine over 16% ABV is prohibited.

NEBRASKA
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only.

NEVADA
Residents 21 years of age or older can receive up to 144 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal use.

NEW HAMPSHIRE

NEW MEXICO

TEXAS
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 36 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. There is an annual limit of 180 bottles per year per individual.

VERMONT
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only. Restriction: wine over 16% ABV is prohibited. VIRGINIA
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only.

WASHINGTON
Residents over 21 years of age may order an unlimited number of bottles of alcohol per month for personal consumption only.

WEST VIRGINIA
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 24 bottles of wine per month per individual for personal consumption only. Note: There are 14 areas within West Virginia that Direct shipments are prohibited for internet, phone, mail, and fax: Bethany, Calhoun, Capon Bridge, East Bank, Fort Gay, Grant, Jackson, Lincoln, Pocahontas, Roane, Upshur, Wayne, Wetzel, Worthington.  If your order fails compliance, we will contact you.

WISCONSIN
Residents over 21 years of age can order up to 144 bottles of wine per year per individual for personal consumption only.

We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom the delivery is made is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving 21 years old.
